Living expenses are high and every family needs to stretch their grocery budgets. At military commissaries and post exchanges they can use grocery coupons for most of the major brands found in U.S. supermarkets.
If you send coupons to military bases they are shared and good coupons don't go to waste. In fact, they can be used up to six months after their expiration dates. So, you can send coupons that recently expired.

Tip: When you pick out a base, include an SASE in your envelope with a return note telling you how the coupons are distributed and the number of families that will use them, etc.
